I'm guessing they have a grappling gun at their disposal. Getting in and out of that behemoth is like being in a Bond movie multiple times a day.

That's why it's on the little wheels. Step one: Stand on friend's shoulders to get in. Step two: Friend changes all the tires for the big ones. Step three: Friend stacks all the small tires into a platform, gets on it, and you pull him into the cab. Step four: Buy more small tires.
